[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in delivery, fake commitments from flipkart | |||||
I had placed an order for mi note 5 pro 6gb, 64gb on 12th october, order no-[protected], the initial date of delivery was 17th oct, flipkart logistics team fail to deliver it by the mentioned date, given another fake commitment that i can expect this deliver on or before 22nd oct, i have re-inquiry with the cs team today, now the new edd is 25th of oct??? I have given my office address (Opted for the workplace) when i have inquired cs team this morning regarding a reason for the delay, they said that the delivery has been attempted yesterday, on sunday, at workplace??? Another lie. Even if attempted, the delivery guy did not bother to give a single call??? Seriously?? I guess flipkart don't believe in tat or meeting the commitment.
