[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in delivery for Moto E (2nd Gen)3G | |||
Dear Sir, I am witting this complaint in the contest of terrible disappointed with the service of flipkart. I have placed an Order for 'Moto E (2nd Gen) 3G on 29 July, 2015 Order IDOD[protected]. The standard delivery date was 5th July 2015. Until 30th July there was update in the tracking list. On 5th August i made a complaint regarding this and reference number was[protected]. The update i got from the customer care that it will be delivered on 8th of August 2015. Until now there is no update and no information when i tried to contact the customer care the response it was really irresponsible and irritating. I feel really pathetic with your service and dealings with your customer’s .therefore it is my kind request you to make immediate action to delivery of my order ASAP.
