I had ordered the Google Pixel 8 on the 4th of October, 2023. The phone was available in stores from the 12th of October, and I was promised a delivery of the 14th of October, by 11 pm. Around 9 pm, on the 14th of October, I received a message that my delivery was delayed to the 16th of October. After repeated calls to customer support, I was given multiple bogus excuses about reasons behind the delay, and was finally promised a delivery by 11 pm, on the 16th of October, 2023. I have still not received my order. They are not giving me any valid reasons as to why this delay is happening, and there have been no updates to the tracking information on their website, since the 13th of October, when the order reached the nearest Flipkart hub, which is only 15 minutes from my delivery address. I have now cancelled my order because they have promised to give me a resolution for my issue only by 20th, thus further delaying a priority order, which I needed 2 days ago.
