Flipkart — delay in delivery many times

Tracking id - fmpc[protected]

My shipment is getting delayed without any reason and the flipkart support team is not telling about the exact reason and ignoring my problem. I called the flipkart customer care executive for my problem but he is giving nothing but new expected delivery date. The promised delivery date was 12th july. But it's been 2 days from the expected delivery date. I want my product to be delivered soon and also give the exact reason of the delay. Thank you

Why is my order getting delayed? I want my product urgently. The expected delivery date was 12th July, and i haven't received my ordered product yet. Please understand my urgency. Please please... I want my product urgently. Why are you not understanding my problem?
