[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delay in delivery of products

my orders are not delivering by the mentioned time.i do want to take serious actions against this. Since my sister's b'day is on 12th july, and by 11th july i have been assured that my order will be delivered. but now it is shown there is delay because of some logistic problem. my order no is OD[protected] Items) and order details are : 8 July, 2015 12:24 PM, amounting Rs. 26068 through Cash on delivery.
