[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delay in delivery , with out any season and actual status

I ordered my iPhone 12 Mini on Sunday (2.10.2021). Promised delivery date was 3.10.2021. As per the delivery status, product arrived at my nearest hub yesterday at 4 AM on 3rd Oct, and it was out for delivery at 11 AM but they didn't deliver the product and updated the status as unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Since 3.10.2021 I have contacted flipkart customer care many times to know the actual status of my order as it was still displaying "to be delivery by 3 Oct 2021". Yet my product status has not updated. Also they are delaying my product unnecessarily as even it has arrived to my nearest delivery hub.

Please help me raise complaint against them to deliver my product ASAP
