[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delay in faulty product return, delay in delivery

1. This is regards to my order vu tv, which i ordered a month back. Delivery and installation was on time all good. Tv shown problem hence i requested to repair/ pickup. On request of cc i agreed to monitor for few more days. However same was the case therefore i requested to replace. Flip kart agreed to replace on call however without informing me they have initiated repair call. Still okay as it is understandable, however the technician did not arrived even after scheduling and both the time i had to delay my office. After much fight flip kart agreed to replace this time flip kart pickup team didn't arrived evan after scheduling and again i had to delay my office more a failed reason. And then i had decided to refund. Same was the case refund pickup too this time i had wait 2 days at home so that they ll pick up a faulty product delivered to me.. Total loss was 2 full day and 4 office delay.

2. We indians look for offer this is second instance due to billion day sale and second time ordered vu because of offer even after screwed first time. I was called for delivery of my vu tv on monday. I said pls deliver it on saturday as i won't be available during week day's.. Flip kart forgot all rules to inform customer about delivery, however i followed up flip kart on saturday and i was informed delivery will be done in the same day, i asked for delivery boy no was provided with the same. That guy said he is in different job however product will be delivered. Waited all day when i called back flip kart was informed delivery delayed for one day..

I could have better utilize d my day rather sitting at home to receiving..

Next is sunday it's off so again it ll be monday and again i can't receive because i have to goto office.
