[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in order delivery and just giving next dates. | |||
This time the shopping experience with flipkart is really pathetic. My order number is "OD[protected] ". Order delivery date was 24th Feb. These people daily text me that, "the items in your flipkart.com" order will be delivered today before 7pm. Actually I placed that order on 17th Feb. If there is any problem mail me exact date. Flipkart customer support person called me and he confirmed that flipkart will resolve your query today only. I got my shipment on the same day. Thanks a lot. Verified Support Feb 27, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, informed customer that product is out for delivery and product will be delivered today and please receive it and customer agreed. Hence closing the case.
