After 17 days of product ordering, on 20th of November EKart delivery person was at my doorstep with the order but he did not deliver it saying it is run sheet issue.
After continuous follow up with flipkart customer support, and multiple merry go round dates (22nd Nov... then 25th Nov... then 28th Nov.. ) nothing is being done till date to get my order delivered. Surprising thing is everyone at flipkart support says I am not the concerned person for this issue neither they are sharing the actual person's details who can resolve this issue. This is complete harrasment after buying product from flipkart.
It is really surprising to see if one delivery agent of ekart is facing issue then how difficult it is to assign another agent and get my product delivered. Is it that there is only 1 delivery person delivering in Kolkata !
Customer support is again and again playing merry go round and they again do not have any resolution neither an exact date of my product delivery.
I just want my product delivered and written communication on the exact date of delivery with delivery person's details. How much more can a customer wait after product order is 23+ days not enough ??
