[Resolved]  Flipkart — delay in product delivery submission after payment

I have ordered a hero frolic 12 t single speed recreation bicycle (Order no. : od[protected] on september 21st. We have the payed the amount on the same day and they gave the that is going to be delivered by 3rd of october but yet they didn't deliver the product. After tracking the product's delivery i have observed that still they only packed the product, moreover the didn't get alert from them regarding the product submission.
