Flipkart — delay in replacement of asus laptop within 10 days

I am writing this with regards to the asus vivobook 14 core i5 8th gen laptop delivered to me in damaged condition it had an issue with the display. I had filed for replacement on 22nd june was was told that i would hv a technician visit by 27th june and a replacement by 30th june, both of which were not done as per the prescribed dates I have been receiving telephone calls form 24th june on the above mentioned matter and being told that the matter has been escalated but i seen no results of the escalation. To sum up, i have faced a great deal of inconvenience and loss due to this 13 days delay. I cant login my flip kart account . Showing unsuccessful error
Login unsuccessful please retry in minute. And i am retrying it for 2 days no success.
