Flipkart — Delay in replacement of damaged washing machine

I had ordered a Samsung 6kg washing machine on 6th august. It was delivered on 10th August and my old IFB machine was exchanged and same day itself Installation person came. While opening the bottom cover of the machine for installation he found that the machine was damaged and installation could not b done.I had given request for replacement on 10th August itself and images were uploaded. Afterwards i called and contacted the customer service several times regarding the same.As per their request i uploaded the damaged machine image on 11th august also. But till now my replacemnt request has not been approved. This is causing a lot of mental trauma as well as physical difficulty to my parents also as i had purchased the item for my parents who exchanged their old machine. Now they are left without a washing machine with piles of clothes to wash. I want to know why is this delay in replacement. For my only mistake was i ordered this item through Flipkart for which my parents are suffering for the past 4 days.The customer care people not offering a proper solution. They are always telling to wait for another 24 hrs. So how many "24hrs" more do i hav to wait and what is the compensation for this waste of time and mental and physical agony?
