[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in replacement of my order

I had ordered for hp pavilion laptop. It is not working as it should be. I had requested for a replacement for the same. But there is no step taken by flipkart to replace my order. They have said there will be technical visit before replacement. The price of the laptop is 48 thousand. Is it a joke or what? I have paid that much money and flipkart give a damn for their regular customer like me. Till now there is no adequate steps taken by flipkart to solve this problem.. Its been a week since i requested for replacement.

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about defect in the laptop. We had interacted with the customer and processed the replacement same will be delivered on 19/10/2017. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
