I ordered micromax 32" led tv through flipkart on 10-aug-2017, they delivered defective piece on 12-aug-2017 so i raised request for replacement on 14-aug-2017. Flipkart took around 25 days to replace the product (Delivered on 08-sep-2017), during this period daily i used to have a discussion with flipkart customer care executives for my replacement which took much longer time than expected. They used to tell me that second time it won't be defective one.
On 09-sep-2017 i raised request for installation and demo they took another four days (14-sep-2017) for installation and demo. When the service engineer from jeeves came to my home for installation purpose and confirmed that second time also flipkart delivered defective product since i don't have any choice i raised request for return & refund on 14-sep-2017.
For last 6 days they are delaying the product pickup because of this my refund get delay by more 7 to 10 days which is not at all acceptable. Being a middle class person the money what i spent on product is much valuable for me. Flipkart customer care executives keep on bluffing me by giving fake promises. I literally frustrated and mentally harassed by flipkart service.
Flipkart failed to deliver quality product and not giving any proper response. This is highly disappoint by flipkart service. Please do needful.

TBL ONLINE and they sent me the used laptop
They don't even tried to format the laptop .
This laptop was replaced by its previous user name daksesh chauhan.
I bought a brand new laptop from flipkart and when i tried to boot it for the first time booooooommmm the laptop is asking for a password here is the image
I search the previous user on facebook and i contacted him to tell me the password but he is refusing me to tell the passwors.
Then i contacted flipkart they tell me to wait for 15 days for replacement the point is I PAID 72000 RS and i got used laptop no problem maybe there was some mistake by seller
The laptop arrived in 3 days but how replacement can take 15 days
THIS IS MY FIRST LAPTOP IN LIFE CAN YOU IMAGINE THE PAIN THAT THE LAPTOP IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES AND I CAN NOT EVEN START IT BECAUSE OF THE PREVIOUS USER PASSWORD.
