[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delay in services

I am abhishek tiwary. I had ordered a laptop from flipkart AVITA COSMOS 2 IN 1 on 10th of June 2021 for Rs17990. The laptop arrived on 12th of June 2021 and I was not happy with the product, I found several issues in it especially screen freezing issues, battery drainage issue and audio quality issues. I made a replacement request on flipkart app and flipkart assigned me a technician visit by 29th of June 2021. On 19th June’s technician contacted me and asked me about my address, I gave him all the required details. what happened next was shocking, technician didn’t visit me by 29 and I complained on flipkart and their concern team provided me replacement without tech visit as its date was breached by technician itself. During this time, I tried to contact technician several times but no one on the other end replied me. I finally received replacement on 7th of July 2021. I was shocked to see defects in the replacement product also. I was furious this time and is made a refund request as I didn’t wanted the product any more, this time I was again assigned technician by 22nd of July 2021 this time the technician didn’t even contacted me within this period I contacted flipkart several times and asked them to shorten the technician visit date but they asked and made sure that technician will come before 22nf July but the technician didn’t came on 22nd.I was worried and contacted flipkart and their concern team asked to wait till 29th of July another date and again technician didn’t come or responded. I asked flipkart to give me return without technician visit and after several calls they finally agreed to it and my return request was approved on 30th of July and pickup date was given to me on 3rd of august and today is 4th of august no flipkart agent came to take the return nor did I get the refund. I again contacted flipkart and they asked me to wait till 6th of august. I am feeling totally harassed and my value as a customer is highly degraded, I literally called flipkart more than 76 times and my money is stuck and even if I get it, I am a student doing my study preparations and there is no earning member in family I am living on my father’s hard-earned money. These past 2 months flipkart has caused me mental harassment, my focus has shifted from studies to this issue. I hereby request to help me get my refund and help me from being harassed
