[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in technician visit, confusion on refund and replacement policy by flipkart team. | |||||
Bharat lifestyle feel good fabric 2 + 2 + 1 soft touch sofa set Order od[protected]. I had purchased the above mentioned sofa on 10th aug 2017, the product was delivered to me on 30 aug 2017, when the package was opened and checked there were holes in the clothing attached underneath the product. The response is delayed from flipkart. They said refund will be given and then when i call the next day there is no refund. They commit on technician visit within 24 hrs everyday i call them, but its been 8 days no technician has visited. They themselves seem to be confused about refund & replacement.
