[Resolved] Flipkart — delay of refund for boat speaker | |||
On[protected] i ordered a stone 300 bbd edition 5 w bluetooth speaker worth rs.999. I made payment using flipkart paylater option and on[protected] i made payment using debit card. Since the product was defective, i requested for request and refund. They came to pickup the speaker by oct 25th and promised refund by oct 30. I've not received any refund since then. I've been trying to contact them through different modes. But i've been getting different replies every time. They've replied that the amount will be transferred to a cardless credit account which i do not possess. They're saying that they can transfer the amount only to flipkart paylater account. But as per their policy, they've promised to refund the amount to the account in which the payment was made if their is refund in flipkart paylater. Kindly do the needful to proceed payment to my saved debit cards. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
