[Resolved] Flipkart — delay order as per promised date | |||
My flipkart order is delayed. I had ordered ream me 2 pro on 11 th oct 2018 and delivery date promised 17th oct, 2018 but they notify me product will delay also not giving me proper answer of my order delivery. Also not even help give other solution of come out form this problem. They said me answers of all questions is this is fault of seller. Not taking responsibility to send my oreder on promised date. Till date the product hasn't reached the nearest hub yet. As a disgruntled customer i want compensation for untimely delivery and inappropriate response from service representative. Verified Support Oct 17, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Called customer on [protected] and got conformation from the customer that the is delivered to him yesterday and customer does not have any issue hence closing the case from our team.
