Flipkart — Delay order by fooling the customers

Address:Bangalore

I have ordered a phone on sat'day - 23rd Set'23 and its supposed to deliver by 24th Sept.
Its not delivered on 24th, 25th, If you look at the oder status, everyday they update with same status.
How can my order reached and left same location Malur - in the attached screenshot

If they knew- there is a logistics issue, it should have been informed while ordering. Pathetic service and this is not the first time order is delayed.
