This is a completely cheating process that you are doing right now. You gave me resolution date as 17th july, at 1 pm then again changed to 18th july, at 2 pm. Till now i didn't receive a call or message regarding update or delivery. What is this going on? Are you playing with my life daily?
This was a prepaid product worth 55000 and now i can't get my laptop or money back. You are telling this matter is being taken seriously but i can't see that. How long should i wait to get my product on time? I want the update by today itself, the delivery date and everything. This will not be tolerated.
Please call me back and it's urgent. This isn't something you have to play with. You are giving a resolution date for fun? No one contacted me regarding this. Whenever i contact customer care, they tell falsy information or to wait. This is not what is to be done to any customer. I have experienced a lot of stress and frustration by ordering this product.
I want immediate action to be done in this matter. Call me within 24hrs for a resolution and delivery must be done asap because i ordered this laptop on 26th june and it's going to be one month.
