[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delayed order irresponsible delivery

My order no is OD[protected] and tracking id is FMPC[protected].
My product from flipkart has reached my nearest hub aluva on 25th of june through ekart logistics.today is 3rd july and still there is no response from the flipkart team.the delivery guys just refuse to contact me or deliver it on time .they are the worst.i have been contacting the customer care and local wishmaster since a week and still the product hasnt reached me whatsoever.
