[Resolved] Flipkart — delayed product delivery and wrong product delivery | |||||
Hi, i bought lg 255 l frost free double door refrigerator from flipkart on 22nd september 2017 against order number od[protected] and expected date was given on 23 sept 2017 by flipkart and payment already done through credit card (The sum of rupees 18999) at the time of booking. After long time[protected] they are delivering the washing machine instead of refrigerator, i was denied the product because wrong item delivery. When i call to flipkart customer people they were telling first take that product after that we will replace the product, other wise they were telling will cancel the product. Already i waited 25 days for delivering the product. I already file a case against a flipkart in consumer court. My track id 464536. If you people's are not taking action i can legally proceed when i call to flipkart customer care they were telling it's mistake from delivery people side, if i call to delivery people's they were telling it's mistake from seller side Was this information helpful? | |||||
