I've ordered a Kassually Printed Women Jumpsuit on 7th of April, 2023 and paid via UPI (Google Pay) and this is the Order ID - OD[protected].
On the receiving the product on 12th April, due to fitting and quality related issues I had to return the product and so made a request. And so returned the product on 13th April, and so I was also assured of the refund by 14th April.
This is the refund ID -[protected].
But since 14th, the amount hasn't been credited in my account and so I contacted your team and they gave me a reference ID[protected].
With this reference ID, I went to my home branch twice, but they clearly told me that it's invalid.
Since then, I have constantly been approaching and requesting the Flipkart team to please help me out with this but they have pretty much been uncooperative with me.
And they also make baseless claims that I have confirmed to have received the refund amount back in my account, even I haven't at all. As an evidence, I had attached my bank statement showing the same, but they clearly decline it.
