[Resolved] Flipkart — delaying in delivery | |||||
It is very unfortunate that flipkart customer service crossed all limits to fooling customer .i ordered my chimney on ending of march 2018 it was delivered 4 april sadly i found defective product at i claim for return policy their return policy is so vast as a customer i called them to take away after so many times they come and took away i wait for another 20 days to delivered new product but they are so blunders and bloody fukers they cant even delivering my product. i approached for cusumer court for this . Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a request for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on May 01, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
