[Resolved] Flipkart — Delaying the replacement of product | |||
I had purchased a honor 4c from flipkart OD[protected] it had a defect in the product so i requested for replacement flikpkart told me to visit the service center and get a job sheet but the service center denied me the job sheet and said that that it is responsiblity of flipkart to replace the product so flipkart mailed me that they will solve the issue regarding the replacement by 9th of november then it was extended to 12th november then it was again extended to 15th november so i called the customer support they again told me that my replacement issue will be solved by 19th of november but again i got a mail stating till is extended to 21st november also flipkart are sending me same mail again and again regarding to provide details about the service center which i had already provided on 9th november and also another time.flipkart are just purposely delaying the issue so that my replacement policy ends which ends on 20th Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 30, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling on customer "[protected]" unable to reach. However, mail sent regarding the replacement of the product and closing the case.
