Flipkart — Delivered a dead mobile phone during diwali sales offer. | |||||
I have order a asus zenfone 2 smartphone on 26/10/16, was ddelivered on 28/10/16. But found the phone is completely dead. I phone was not switching on, i have tried 3 to 4 time to switch on/ also i think the batter may completely drained, that's why not getting on. So i put it on charger for a period of 8 hr and then tried to on the phone, but not possible. The model is asus zenfone 2 ze551 ml (64 gb silver black). I have send a return request on 28/10/16, but till now no confirmation from flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
