[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered a defective item in flipkart assurance label

I'm purchased a phone using flipkart.com just three days ago and now a black mark appeared apart from the right bottom corner of the device. Now i contacted the team flipkart and they have said that they have no right to replace the product and the seller is not willing to replace it. Flipkart says they are ready to refund my money but sir, i purchased that product on a special offer period and for 16000 rupees, its actual worth is up to 35, 000 indian rupees if they refund my money i'll never gonna get that product for that money again and they have cheated me with a label of flipkart assured.
