Flipkart — Delivered a defective product

I have bought Realme book slim over Flipkart which was delivered on 4th May 2022. I found that there is a charging issue with the device not charging. I have contacted the customer service and authorized service centers. My issue hasn't been resolved with them and providing false information about the service centers like when we consult them they were like we wont do service for laptops but in both realme and flipkart website it is showing they provide . The Flipkart return policy expires on 11th May 2022 but the seller is not accepting the return of the defective item. From the 6 days they were not solving the issue and telling me to consult service center and do some changes in the laptop which were not helpful to solve my problem each day they are coming with a new one and at last they are saying our team will contact you by 1th may by then my return policy will be completed . so I need want to return the defective item and need a refund for selling me the defective product .
