[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delivered a manufacturer defect phone (In replacement)

As i bought Sony Xperia Ultra XA in Flipkart on 15 April 2017, I had replaced the phone bcz of heating issue, at the second time i received the same phone but its also having same issue, Phone getting over heated, I visited local authorized service center, They told to replace the photo, But Flipkart not ready to support me...
Am going to raise criminal offense case if i not get the solution means...
