[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered a wrong product and not replacing it

I ordered a puma sneekers two weeks back, but they delivered a completely different product which worth less than the original product. I requested a return but the product is different, the return guy didn't pick it up. I raised a complaint with flipkart and flipkart didn't resolve it and saying seller isn't accepting this. Verified Support Aug 06, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product refund, we have interacted with customer and customer confirmed that he received the refund amount. Hence, closing the case from our team.
