[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered damaged product and not replacing

I have ordered roti maker on flipkart app 4th december 2019 and received the product on 9th december 2019 in a condition that the product was damaged and used one. Immediately i have raised the refund request on 9th december 2019 with in a minutes after receiving the products. Flipkart didn't responding well and not resolved the issue till now.. Their pickup team didn't taken the product and telling that the product color was changed. The seller registered on flipkart simply cheating the customers but flipkart is their side and creating trouble to us. Since 2 months i am suffering for this issue but flipkart not bothering about the issue... I think no one can use a damaged product after paying hard earned money.. This is very unfair now flipkart saying that as per their policy replacement will not done but i have raised the complaint with in a minute after opening the package.
