Hi all,
On 2nd August 2022 'Haier 375 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator' was got delivered. But there was a big dent on the side of the fridge. Asked the delivery person to take it back then he refused to take it back and asked me to check with Flipkart customer service. I have submitted the damaged proofs with Flipkart and return was approved on 6th August 2022, and 8th August 2022 was the expected return pickup date, but till now return pickup was not done. I got the pickup related message but when I try to call them no one is answering the call.
Flipkart is torchering me mentally and financially. They are not at all responding to me. Please help me someone from this Flipkart people.
