Flipkart — Delivered Dead laptop and having measure issue in battery and battery management system. | |||
I got delivered Avita Liber V 14 Laptop on 26 October, 2020 in dead condition. I then charged the laptop fully using power adaptor and switch ON, laptop starts functioning but again after 5 min it's showing battery low 10% and suddenly off. Then I again charged to 40% and try to used, it's been overheated. Regarding same I had call to Flipkart customer executive and explained the incidence happens after receiving the laptop. They simply raised complaint and gives resolution dated in terms of Technical visit and return and refund process. Till the date (6th Nov.2020), I have made several complaints against laptops issue for speedy recovery in process. But no action taken from flipkart nor from seller side. No technician visited to my address to check laptop condition. Everytime when I call to Flipkart customer care executive, he/she will create new ticket/complaint and marked resolved previous one ticket. Yesterday on 5th Nov. 2020, I got message from flipkart that, Seller has rejected your return and refund request. So, I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter seriously and lodged a complaint against Flipkart and seller as fast as possible to get my refund.
