[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivered duplicate product rather than original

I have purchased a lenovo laptop battery from flipkart but after some time it caused me problem in backup so i reached at service centre to avail the warrenty but there the service provider told me that the product is fake or not original while i have paid for original product
My kindly request to you to change my battery and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Flipkart Customer Care's response : Spoke with customer as he said that the product which he had received is fake as he was facing some problem in back up so he visited to the service center and they said that the product is fake. So informed to customer to revert with the job sheet from the service center so that we can escalate it further.
