[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered faulty mobile and not changing it | |
My asus zenphone max appeared faulty after it was delivered to me. And since then i'm complaining for weeks but they are not taking responsibility of that. They are harrassing me with misguided informations and has also blocked my phone number. I tried reaching them but they are not responding in any manner. My 30 day replacement is set to end in two weeks. Therefore i'm lodging a formal complaint against flipkart. If you'd take notice i'd be extremely grateful. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Sep 15, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product replacement, we have interacted with customer and informed replacement is completed from the seller end. Customer confirmed that he received the replacement product, hence closing the case from our team.
