[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivered faulty product and refusing return | |
I have purchased a Realme X2 Pro from flipkart for Rs 35999 and the product was delivered on 19th June 2020. But the product i got was a bricked device. The device doesn't fully boot up, it shows an error message after the realme logo and then reboots itself. The device is stuck in a boot loop.The seller is supposed to be a flipkart assured seller. I requested for a return on the same day but they have rejected the return on 23rd June without citing any reasons. I requested a return 3 more times via customer support, They have rejected all requests without giving any reasons. The customer support always says that they have escalated the request to higher authorities and they will contact you in 3 days, But no one contacted me.
