[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered faulty product not replace or refund my product | |||
Flipkart delivered a faulty product, on 16-aug, from that date i mad a complain but no resolution, they arrange 3-4 times technician visit but every time they cancel the technician visit. Saying that tecnnician visit is nothing but technical assistant over the phone. I am fed up of this service. My order id= od[protected] As flipkart i don't have control over seller, as seller is not accepting that request. The faulty product is a dell laptop, i contact to dell support they did all the troubleshooting and finally they find laptop is a faulty laptop, have to replace some parts. When parts is going to change that mins laptop is a faulty laptop, but flipkart is not giving any response. Verified Support Sep 13, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained booting issue in the replacement product, Interacted with the customer post replacement if issue found need to visit authorized service center as per the seller returns policy, hence closing the issue
