I am a practicing advocate in and around of hyderabad city, telangana state.
I have ordered body weighing machine of granny smith bolt vide order no. Od[protected] dt. 23th may, 2019 through flipkart online website. But the flipkart delivered virgo (Local made) instead of the above company and played mischief and fraud. I have experienced this problem earlier also when i have ordered hanging weighing machine. Thus, the flipkart people plays mischief and fraud upon the gullible persons.

I am attaching the photograph of the ordered item and the wrong item delivered for your kind perusal. Since the size is huge i could not attach photograph.

I, therefore, request your kind authority to take appropriate action against the flipkart online website and justice to the common people.
