[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered wrong carrier ac by flipkart team, 6 days over but no solution | |
Hi team, I ordered carrier one ton split ac on 12th april and we received the unit On 19th and installation team came on 20th april. And they drilled the wall and did half fitting also after that they update Me that we received wrong unit by carrier, means one unit inverter ac & one Is with out inverter so it can't be installed. Sending some photographs in attachment for better understanding. Then i connected with ur support team and escalate this issue but they said It will be return only due to seller not giving permission for replacement Or exchange. Register complaint on 20th april and today we are sitting on 25th april but still not update for the same, tried to contact flipkart team, asking again more 24 hours... Thanks for your valuable support for the same.
After lots of follow up with you guys n me also they solved my problem but yes we lost so much time for the follow up only.
Anyway thank you so much support team, just because of you my case solved on time otherwise god knows.
One suggestion from my side : seller have to mention clearly if replacement not possible or seller have to pay customer loss.
