Flipkart — Delivered WRONG PRODUCT and not return it...

Sir, I Ordered an item from SHOPSY.COM on 24 December 2023 and Flipkart delivered my order on 29/12/2023 but they Delivered WRONG ITEMS.I also NOT OPENED that item. I also RAISED COMPLAINT against FLIPKART many time but they didn't RESPONSE . Please help me... Thanks
