[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivering defective products and not being efficient with refund | |||||
I have placed an order for a playstaion 4 and received delivery from a seller called micromini. After opening the box i have observed that the package had no seal on it and was used, not only this but the playstation itself was not even from india, it was a piece from dubai so the warranty which was being provided would be of no use.. I have paid rs 40, 000 by credit card to receive such service... I have requested a return and refund from flipkart, they have promised me that the item would be picked up on the 12th of june, 2 days have passed and yet it has not been picked up yet. Horrible service on the part of flipkart, u can not treat your customers like this. I am never ordering from flipkart again after experiencing this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
