Flipkart — delivering the product and misleading me

I have preordered oppo reno 10x zoom but they never shipped the product yet they are giving me unwanted excuses. Some customer care says ur product will delivered today, some say by tommorw but in reality the product has not been packed. Seller name is flashtech retails. They didn't even pack after 8 days they should have delivered the product on 9 June. Now they are making excuses.

Now it is 14th day. Flipkart hasn't shipped the preorder product. Making excuses. Some says it is out of stock but in reality it is not. I even checked it by ordering the same product on Cod. They shipped the product on same date. But the product I ordered via EMI has not shipped. Flipkart is misleading me. Please take strong action on flipkart. They are making me fool
