Flipkart — Delivers wrong product but demands correct product while returning!

Flipkart was very good in the past, but in the past couple of years, its has deteriorated..

Most of their orders, especially the cheap ones are either received as used or damaged product or with damaged wrapping. This is not just one time but almost every time. I had many recent incidents. Some are below -

Incident 1 - Ordered a Lee cooper shoe, which has a company default design to be "dirty". I decided to return it as the fit is not good and return pick up guy denied the pick up saying, "Sir, the product has lot of dirt and sign of wear and tear". Then I showed him the product's actual image from their website which also revealed that product default has dirt, then he consulted the manager and finally accepted the return.

Incident 2 - Ordered a diwali cap gun black color. And I received an multi color gun and that too an used and damaged gun. Placed an return. And Return guy started asking all questions like "Sir, the product image shows black, you are returned me a different product", "The product is damaged".. Then I fought back with him saying the "I am returning because the I received a different product and also an used and damaged product", then he accepted he left..

This is so annoying.. You guys deliver us wrong product and demand us back a correct product? What is this? Am I running a flipkart here or you?
Very unethical and unprofessional work by Flipkart.. And I am planning not to buy anything from this website anymore..

An suggestion to all, Guys If you prefer to buy from this website, please do an unboxing video. If not, do not buy from Flipkart.. They are cheating us..

Now as a update Flipkart has cheated me.

On 18 Dec 2022, Sunday, I ordered an Boya Mic Gold color (Order ID - OD[protected] for Rs. 1590. I cancelled it almost immediately because I found that after ordering the Price of same product has dropped to Rs. 1495. So I cancelled the first one and ordered this second one (Order ID - OD[protected].
I again had to cancel the Second order too because I was looking for Gray color Mic, which was not available initially When I ordered the gold Mic. So I cancelled this second order and reordered the same Mic with Gray color for 3rd time..
So after 4 days the 3rd order was delivered but after all this they sent me a Gold Color mic again!!

OK Leave that.. But till date, the refund for 1st two orders is not done.. When Called the CS team, there is no proper response.. They are asking me to wait wait and wait.. Now they are asking me send Bank Statement with Debit card detail mentioned it (Partially masked) But I am using SBI, which does not have Debit card detailed mentioned..

I now feel that Flipkart has robbed my money of Rs. 3085.
I have decided not to buy any Item with Flipkart ever again!! Amazon is far better.. This Flipkart does not even have a proper Customer Support team.. Waste portal.. And now they have started to Rob people money..
