Flipkart — delivery and improper service from flipkart. delivery guy refused delivery

My order supposed to be delivered by 23rd july. Delivery guy called me and told me collect that product at location which is 6kms far away from me. He told so arrogant that he won’t come and deliver. I told him i’m gonna complain, he told go and complain wherever you want. Is flipkart ment for door step delivery or pickup service? I called customer service more than 15 times no resolution provided. One guy told me to wait till 26th, one more told 29th july and one more told 48 hours. No resolution provided. I faced same kind of situation with other service provider (A*n), within 2 hrs they resolved it and delivered product on same day. If you can’t give service then don’t make us fools by saying we can.

Some of your executive called yesterday and took details, she told she will call me again in evening. No one called me and no resolution provided.

Stupid service by flipkart, they make me wait 5 days after promised delivery date and they are now telling me to place new order. Delivery guy denied delivery, i told him, i’m gonna complaint in flipkart. The delivery guy told do what ever you want, i don’t deliver your product. These people are saying sorry and wants me to re order. My 15days of time got wasted and energy talking to customer service thought that they will do something. Useless service.

Still, you people are making us fools by updating that you can still deliver products to my door step which is located in pin (533462).
I have all data with me regarding this order and calls data, emails and your false promises saying that you will be resolving are with me and i am going to file case against you for wasting my time and energy and giving false statements that you can deliver to door step (Still in your website, you are saying you can deliver door step in my pin, but your delivery partner not delivering and saying do whatever you want. You are not taking any action)

Still you people are claiming that you can deliver products to my location. But your delivery partner refusing that ans asking customers to come and take, if we want. You people are not taking any steps. I need my product.
