[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery at home or on the gate of colony

I purchased a badminton racket from you costing Rs 1200/- only Order no PMPC [protected]. This material is to be delivered at 134-C Type IV DS Rail coach factory Kapurthala Pin Code is144602 with cash on delivery. It is very unfortunate that your concerned staff is sitting at outside the colony gate and giving ring to inform for collecting the product and hand over the money instead of home address. This is not the proper way to deliver the product. After discussing concerned staff is telling that they will do like that only they will not deliver the product at home. Even they are not giving any contact no of complaint cell and telling whatever you want to do you can do search the no or ID on site.
