[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery boy didn't contact us and cancelled the order saying not able to contact | |
Flipkart's delivery boy didn't come to the delivery address or try to contact. When we tried to reach him his number was always switched off then he cancelled the order saying could not contact. Order was on a sale now the same product's price increased. Flipkart's delivery is becoming pathetic, if it couldn't delivery at that place it should not show that address. Verified Support Nov 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller as product couldn't get procure. Feedback noted and requested to place fresh order. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
