[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delivery cancelled by delivery boy unethically. Matter of Concern!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to put forward my complain regarding your delivery services as found by me with regards to the order :
Tax Invoice Order Id: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected], 09:40 PM Invoice No: FAD9QS[protected] Invoice Date:[protected], 09:40 PM GSTIN: 06AAGFF3112L1ZN PAN: AAGFF3112L

The said order was supposed to reach on 17th Jun'21 as per order tracker.
On 16th, I get an sms regarding the delivery of the order, I call up in the number given in the sms to inform that I won't be able to receive the same on 16th but will avail it on 17th Jun as i was following the order tracker online ; the delivery boy however didn't respond to my request and told me that the order will be cancelled on 16th if I don't take the delivery. Later, I contacted your customer care on 17th Jun and I was given assurance that my delivery will be made on 17th Jun by evening. This didn't happen and I come to find out that the order was cancelled on 18th Jun at 2.30am.
The entire incident is so discomforting. Flipkart being such a reputed online shopping platform seems to be at mercy under the unprofessionalism of the delivery boys or local delivery unit. This is nothing other than a kind of malpractice at the end of the delivery unit.
It takes lot of hard work for the entire back-end team to process an order and ensure its shipment to the desired destination on time and in full mode but just see the entire work is taken for granted by the delivery boy/team, who cancels the order without even making an honest effort.

I would earnestly request the team to take this matter seriously because knowingly or unknowingly the organization is earning revenue loss in this way.
I am highlighting my case but there may be many such cases, which are not reported to you owing to digital constraints and lack of awareness.
