[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery Charges Doubles if Quantity is Increased... | |||
It is strange to see when you order items from some Sellers on Flipkart the delivery charges also multiplies when the delivery is made together. As an illustration if "a Soap Combo Pack" costs Rs. 230/- with delivery charges of Rs. 50/- and if number of Combo Packs you order is increased say to 2 or 3 the delivery charges also changes to Rs. 100/- or Rs. 150/- resp. The above order will be delivered together than why additional delivery charges? When called Flipkart Customer Care they say its Sellers discretion. The policy itself looks wrong. The same seller should not charge extra when quantity is increased, Kindly look into matter Was this information helpful? | |||
