[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery Date and time extension; | |||||
I asked for the replacement of my product from flipkart which I purchased in October 3rd week. They gave me the replacement of the same. But at the time of delivery I'm not available at my place to receive it so I asked them to hold it for 5 days. As every courier company holds the consignment for atleast 7 days, but they refused to do so and told me that the consignment will return. I want to complain about the same, That such e-commerce companies are not providing these facilities through their own channel and are harassing the consumers to take the consignmenton the promised date inspite of his instructions. Pl look into it and make it possible so that every consumer will not be harassed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
