Flipkart — Delivery date exceeded but items not yet to be shipped

I have ordered some items from Flipkart grocery on 8 Sept and they were supposed to be delivered on Sept 11 but today is already the 16th of September and the items are yet to be shipped. I have messaged their help center, but it doesn't seem to bother them. I have already done prepaid so I request for my items to be delivered as soon as possible.
I do not understand the reason for their late delivery but I request for this issue to be resolve soon.

Update-
My issue has been resolved. I got a call from flipkart, canceled my order and I got my refund back. Thank you.
